Ordering from Penny Royal is easy and all our products can be viewed and ordered via our secure online shop. You can place and pay for your order online any time and any day of the week. All payments are processed by encrypted payment connections which offer the highest level of security. If you prefer to order by phone call us on 07812 156513 anytime between 10.30 and 4.30 Monday to Friday and we will be happy to take your details.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate.

Orders will normally be despatched within 24 hours of receipt and payment subject to stock availability. If your item is not in stock we will back order it for you. If this happens we will contact you using the details you supplied at the time of placing your order and advise you of an estimated delivery date. If you would rather not wait we will refund you for those items not in stock. Delivery will be by 1st class, 2nd class or Special Delivery Royal Mail. For heavier items we use a courier.
Orders over £50 are free. All orders below £50 cost £3.75. Special Delivery Next Day will cost £7.95 for parcels up to 1kg [we will contact you if heavier]
OUTSIDE UK MAINLAND
Delivery within the EU is charged at £9.99. However this is for standard parcels up to 1kg. If your order weighs more than this we will contact you.
WORLD WIDE SHIPPING AVAILABLE
Delivery to all countries is available . If you email us on email@example.com with details of the items you would like we will give you a price for shipping.
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase however we will refund or exchange any items you are not happy with providing the goods are returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged and with any labels attached.
Returns must be reach us within 14 days and we ask that customers contact customer services 0n 07812 156513 to advise us of the return. You must obtain a certificate of postage as we cannot be held responsible for packages that do not reach us.
We do not refund our original postage and customers are responsible for the cost of postage on the items they return unless the goods they recieved were faulty.
Returns must be recieved by us within 14 days from the date of despatch.

We make every effort to ensure our product information and photography is accurate however slight variations in colour and size may occur.

We despatch orders Monday to Friday. Goods are sent using Royal Mail or Courier.
Next Day Special Delivery (UK only) is available for urgent orders and costs £7.95 for parcels up to 1kg in weight, if heavier we will contact you with a price for delivery.
Next Day Delivery means we will process your order as soon as we receive it and your goods will be delivered the next working day. For this service we must receive your order by 1pm Monday to Friday. Please note this means that if you place an order after 1pm on Thursday and before 1pm on Friday it is not guaranteed to be delivered until Monday.
Deliveries to the EU take around 5 – 10 working days depending on which country. Delivery within the EU is charged at £9.99, however this is for standard parcels up to 1kg. We will contact you for heavier parcels.
